"For The Blind is one of our oldest songs. It's about people who don't know any better than to tear apart and destroy things around them.
I've always pictured "The Blind" as a collective of Hyenas with gauze wrapped around their atrophied eyes. These scavenger animals don't distinguish, they just consume everything around them, tearing apart with gaping jaws and jagged teeth.
They're completely blind to the reality of their actions and how they affect others around them, and completely unable to change their own lives. They also try their absolute hardest to drag down everyone around them as well, and this song is something of an act of defiance against them."
